The Federal Ministry of Interior on Monday organised its inaugural training programme on pitching and presentation of innovative ideas for staff as part of efforts to strengthen creativity and improve service delivery within the Ministry.

The training, organised by the Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department, focused on equipping participants with practical skills for presenting proposals, structuring ideas clearly and confidently pitching innovative concepts that can enhance the Ministry’s operations.

In a statement issued by the Head of Press and Public Relations of the Ministry, Mary Ali, the session exposed participants to effective techniques for communicating ideas and engaging review panels, while also strengthening the quality of submissions made for institutional reforms and service improvement.

Speaking during the training, the Director of the Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department, Mrs. Gloria Vera Azuroh, described the initiative as a significant step in deepening the Ministry’s commitment to innovation and institutional improvement.

She explained that the programme was designed to encourage staff to think creatively and develop practical ideas and solutions that would improve service delivery and enhance operational efficiency across the Ministry.

Azuroh further reaffirmed the department’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote creativity, professionalism and continuous improvement in the workplace, noting that such efforts are essential to driving reform and strengthening the overall performance of the Ministry.
