The Action Alliance (AA) has congratulated Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, on his re-election in the August 16, 2026 governorship election, describing the outcome as a decisive expression of the people’s will.
The party also congratulated the National Chairman of the Accord Party, Chief Maxwell Mgbudem, Esq., the leadership and members of the party, as well as the people of Osun State for what it described as a peaceful electoral victory.
According to an official statement signed by the National Chairman of Action Alliance, Chief Barr. Kenneth Udeze, the victory represents an endorsement of Adeleke’s people-oriented policies and commitment to the welfare of the people of Osun State.
Udeze said the Action Alliance was proud to be associated with the victory, having earlier adopted and mobilised support for Governor Adeleke and the Accord Party.
He expressed confidence that the renewed mandate would deepen good governance, continuity and the delivery of more dividends of democracy to the people of Osun State.
The AA National Chairman urged Adeleke to sustain an inclusive administration and ensure that all stakeholders are carried along in the effort to build a better Osun State.
He further congratulated Governor Adeleke, Chief Mgbudem, the Accord Party and the people of Osun State on the electoral outcome.
