The Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Dr. Musa Adamu Aliyu, SAN, has said the Commission’s ongoing rebranding initiative is a comprehensive institutional transformation that extends beyond the introduction of a new logo to strengthening its corporate identity, values and professional culture.

Dr. Aliyu made the remarks on Thursday while declaring open the South-East Zonal Staff Sensitisation Programme on Understanding Brand Architecture, Corporate Branding and the ICPC Brand in Enugu, which brought together officers from the Commission’s Anambra, Enugu and Imo State offices.

He explained that the rebranding exercise is designed to build a unified corporate identity that is globally relevant, enduring and strategically positioned to enhance the Commission’s reputation.

According to the ICPC Chairman, the initiative encompasses the Commission’s corporate culture, institutional values and the deliberate development of a highly professional workforce committed to unity, integrity and excellence in service delivery.

He urged officers to see themselves as ambassadors of the ICPC brand and remain committed to advancing Nigeria’s collective aspirations.

“The ongoing rebranding is not just about the logo. It is about who we are, how we conduct ourselves, and the values we project in carrying out our mandate,” Dr. Aliyu said.

The programme was attended by Honourable Members of the Commission, Justice Adamu Bello, Dr. Abdullahi Saidu Maikano, Dr. Grace Chinda, Mrs. Hanatu Muhammad and Hon. Yahaya Dauda, reflecting the Commission’s commitment to institutional renewal.

Speaking on behalf of the Honourable Members, Hon. Yahaya Dauda urged officers to remain disciplined, focused and committed to the Commission’s anti-corruption mandate.

He reminded them that, as the human face of the Commission, they have a critical responsibility to shape the agency’s public image and preserve its institutional legacy through professionalism and dedicated service.

The sensitisation programme forms part of the Commission’s nationwide initiative to strengthen its institutional identity, deepen understanding of its corporate values and equip personnel to consistently project a professional, credible and citizen-focused image across all levels of the organisation.
