His administration has set the pace for sustainable progress and prosperity across the state through deliberate investments in infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture and youth empowerment,” Bankole said.
He added that the governor’s inclusive leadership style had strengthened the party and positioned Ogun State as a model of good governance in Nigeria.
Bankole also praised party stakeholders, including former governors, elder statesmen and party leaders in Ogun State, for demonstrating maturity and patriotism in reaching a consensus on the governorship candidate.
According to him, the collective decision reflects the strength and unity within the party as it prepares for the 2027 election cycle.

He also commended the people of Ogun State for their continued support for the APC and its development agenda, assuring that the party remains committed to sustaining the state’s progress.
