The Honourable Minister of Works, David Nweze Umahi, has celebrated his wife, Rachel Ogonna Umahi, on the occasion of her 54th birthday, describing her as a pillar of strength, a source of wisdom, and a woman whose life embodies compassion and service to humanity.

In a personally signed heartfelt goodwill message issued on March 22, 2026, Umahi expressed deep gratitude to God for what he described as the “priceless gift” his wife represents to him, their family, and all those whose lives she continues to positively impact through her kindness and resilience.

He noted that beyond being a spouse, she has remained a constant support system and a foundation upon which much of their shared journey has been built, highlighting her enduring love and quiet sacrifices over the years.

The Minister paid glowing tribute to her character, celebrating her as a remarkable woman who exemplifies grace under pressure and an unwavering commitment to uplifting others. He emphasized that her contributions to humanity extend far beyond what words can adequately capture.

Offering prayers for her new age, Umahi wished her continued good health, peace, joy, and fulfillment, expressing hope that all her aspirations would come to fruition in the years ahead.

He concluded by reaffirming his deep appreciation for her role in his life, describing her as his partner, strength, and greatest blessing, while wishing her a happy 54th birthday.
