June 12: President Tinubu slips at Eagle Square

President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday slipped at the Eagles Square, venue of the 2024 Democracy Day celebration.

Tinubu slipped while boarding the parade vehicle.He had approached the vehicle shortly after he arrived at the venue.When the President slipped, his security details and some aides immediately rushed to him and assisted him to regain his balance.Meanwhile, Tinubu had re-emphasized his commitment to building a fair and equitable Nigeria where no citizen is oppressed.

The President made the pledge in his Democracy Day address on Wednesday, reiterating his unwavering dedication to fostering an inclusive and just society through comprehensive economic and political reforms.He maintained that his administration had initiated reforms intended to create a stronger and better foundation for future growth.
