A statement signed and made available to defence correspondents by the Acting Deputy Director Army Public Relations, Lieutenant Colonel  Sani Uba disclosed that the study period with theme “Promoting Capacity Building through Effective Training for Joint Operations,” aims to create an interactive platform for participants to exchange ideas on contemporary military challenges.
