The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has released the official cost of nomination forms for its forthcoming party congresses across the country, covering positions from the ward level to the national leadership.

In a statement issued, the party disclosed that nomination forms for Polling Unit and Community Working Committees will be made available free of charge, a move it said is aimed at encouraging broad grassroots participation in the party’s internal democratic process.

According to the party, nomination forms for other positions will attract varying fees depending on the level of office being contested. The cost begins at ₦20,000 for ward-level positions and rises to ₦1,000,000 for aspirants seeking positions in the National Working Committee.

The party further stated that all nomination forms will be obtainable at the NDC National Headquarters, where interested aspirants can purchase and collect the forms.

Payments for the forms are to be made directly into the party’s designated bank account with First City Monument Bank (FCMB), under the account name Nigeria Democratic Congress.

The statement advised prospective aspirants and party members seeking further clarification to contact the office of the National Organising Secretary.
