The Nigeria Customs Service Zone ‘A’ Headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos, on Tuesday, welcomed its new Zonal Coordinator, Assistant Comptroller General of Customs, Charles Orbih.

Akanineyene Edeminam, Superintendent of Customs and Zonal Public Relations Officer
Zone ‘A’ Headquarters disclosed this in a statement signed on Tuesday.

In his inaugural address, ACG Orbih said he was committed to strengthening the zonal structure through teamwork, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.

He aligned his objectives with the policy thrust of Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, focusing on consolidation, collaboration, and innovation.

ACG Orbih brings decades of experience to his new role, having served in various capacities, including Customs Area Controller for Imo/Abia Command and Zonal Coordinator for Zone ‘C’.

He has also attended numerous professional courses on leadership and management, both locally and globally.

As the newly appointed Zonal Coordinator, Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) Charles Orbih is poised to utilize his vast experience to elevate the Zone’s performance and drive the Nigeria Customs Service’s overall success. With his wealth of knowledge and expertise, ACG Orbih is expected to make a significant impact, fostering growth, efficiency, and excellence within the Zone.
