The Management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has approved Thursday, May 21, 2026, as the official passing-out date for members of the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream Two.

According to an official signed statement by the Director, Information and Public Relations, NYSC, Caroline Embu, activities marking the exercise will commence on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. These include Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) sessions to be conducted by the NYSC in collaboration with relevant agencies, as well as the signing of final clearance by Zonal Inspectors.

The statement noted that the passing-out ceremony will be a low-key event nationwide, with Certificates of National Service to be distributed to eligible corps members at their respective Local Government Areas.

The Director-General of NYSC, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, wished the corps members a successful winding-up and passing-out exercise. He also urged them to uphold the core values of the Scheme and remain worthy ambassadors of the NYSC in their post-service endeavours.
