Post-Service Housing Development Limited (PHDL) has announced that its former Company Secretary, Nathan Oguwike, Esq., has ceased to hold the position with effect from 23 April 2026.

According to an official signed statement by the Acting Public Relations Officer of PHDL, Lieutenant Augustina Nkeonye, the individual is no longer in the service of the company and is not authorised to represent or bind the organisation in any capacity.

The company further stated that it will not be held liable for any actions, decisions, or representations made by the former official following the termination of his appointment.

PHDL urged the general public and relevant stakeholders to take note of the development and exercise due caution in any dealings relating to the individual.
