FRSC Unveils Modern Office Facilities, Boosting Road Safety Initiatives Under Corps Marshal’s Leadership

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has taken a giant leap forward in its quest for excellence, as the Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed hosts the Vice Chairman Senate Committee on Federal Character and Intergovernmental Affairs, Distinguished Senator Diket Plang and the Executive Chairman, Federal Character Commission, Dr Muheeba Dankaka to inaugurate upgraded office facilities that will redefine the future of road safety and enhance digitization of the processes of the Corps.

This bold move is a proof of Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed’s relentless effort towards harnessing the power of technology and infrastructure to drive innovation and progress in the FRSC. 

ACM Olusegun Ogungbemide, the Corps Public Education Officer disclosed in an official signed statement disclosed that the upgraded facilities will serve as a hub for digital transformation, enabling the FRSC to deliver world-class services to the Nigerian people.

According to him, the commissioned facilities are a game-changer for the FRSC, providing a cutting-edge platform for the Corps to tackle the challenges of road safety in contemporary times. With these upgraded facilities, the FRSC will be better equipped to enhance digital capabilities,  leverage technology to streamline processes, improve data management, enhance capacity development of staff for enhanced decision-making.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the upgraded office facilities, the Vice Chairman, Senate Committee on Inter-governmental Affairs stated that it is a milestone moment for FRSC and that the Corps Marshal has demonstrated high level of dexterity in leadership by embracing innovation and leveraging technology to drive progress in road safety. 

In addition, the Executive Chairman also applauded the Corps while stating that the entire nation is excited about the possibilities that these facilities offer, and the motoring public look forward to enjoying a safer motoring environment.

The FRSC’s upgraded office facilities are a beacon of hope for a safer, more efficient, and more effective road safety system in Nigeria. As the Corps Marshal looks to the future, he is confident that these facilities will play a critical role in shaping the destiny of road safety in the country.
