As part of the command’s commitment to strengthening community trust, and measures to ensure residents safety during the festive season, the commissioner of police, FCT command, Mr. Olatunji Rilwan Disu, conducted an operational evaluation of prominent recreational facilities in Abuja and surrounding areas.

Disu conducted security assessments at key recreational spots, including Millennium Park, Jabi Park, Lugbe ShopRite, and Magic Land. These evaluations focused on strategic security deployments to create a secure environment for the holiday celebrations.

He reiterated that the Police Command is committed to ensuring a peaceful and secure festive season for everyone, noting that to achieve this, citizens are encouraged to report any suspicious activities immediately to the Police through their emergency lines 08032003913, 08028940883, 07057337653.
