Theatre Commander Emphasizes Importance of Information Security During Operations, Treats Troops to Christmas Lunch.

Major General Oluyinka Olalekan Soyele, Theatre Commander of Joint Task Force North West Operation Fansan Yamma, has emphasized the importance of information security among troops. The call was made during a Christmas lunch in Gusau, Zamfara State. He urged them to maintain confidentiality and avoid any form of communication with the enemy. 

While commending the troops for their outstanding performance, Maj Gen Soyele also emphasized their remarkable operational successes in the theatre and expressed admiration for their resilience and dedication in the face of adversity, acknowledging the vital role they play in maintaining stability and peace in the region. 

Reflecting on the past year’s operations, the Theatre Commander encouraged the troops to renew their vigor and commitment as they move into the new year. He emphasized the importance of adaptability and responsiveness to evolving challenges, urging the troops to use their experiences and lessons from the past year to improve future operations.

Gen Soyele expressed heartfelt gratitude to the troops for their unwavering dedication and professionalism, assuring them of his continued support. He emphasized the importance of upholding the highest standards of conduct and integrity, encouraging them to remain vigilant and discreet during operations to protect sensitive information. 

The Christmas lunch served as a platform for Gen Soyele to reinforce the significance of unity and camaraderie among the troops. Beyond celebrating the festive season, the event fostered a sense of togetherness and solidarity, acknowledging the troops’ hard work and commitment.
